Victoria's Quilts Canada respects your privacy. We collect and use personal information about our members, donors, quilt requesters and quilt recipients in order to identify them, to communicate with them, to ensure that we comply with Canada Revenue Agency requirements, and to provide information about our organization. We do not disclose personal information we collect to anyone else. If you have any questions or comments about mailings from VQC please contact us.

Privacy Policies

1. It is the policy of Victoria's Quilts Canada that the names of quilt recipients shall not be made public.

2. It is the policy of Victoria's Quilts Canada that donor lists shall not be rented, traded or sold.

3. It is the policy of Victoria's Quilts Canada that members lists shall not be rented, traded or sold.

4. It is the policy of Victoria's Quilts Canada that members who deal with private information shall sign a non-disclosure statement.

We need to know:

• The recipient’s name

• Their address, with postal code

• Their telephone number

• Your name

• Your address

• Your telephone number

• Optional message on enclosed card (max 10 words)
